Representative dropped my call I called to inquire about an item that has not been received. She insisted I take a reward I said no she proceeded to drop the call

When I called and they said they were going to get me to the right person to help me with missing items from an order that cost over $200.00 dollars. Instead when I told them o am not interested in Gi
- - Customer service hung up and pressured me to buy a $200 gift card.
- - My third package arrived with poster, but jacket, plushy, and a dragon item were missing.
When I went to call to talk to customer service . They kept hanging up on me when I didn't press the gift card opportunity.
So I called back and pressed the only number they would allow and the lady told me she would help me with the right customer service, but first they wanted me to purchase a $200.00 gift card. The rep just hung on me. I order a total of 3 packages and on the 3rd package I did not receive 3 items on my order and the poster on the order showed up today. I am still missing jacket, plushy and some dragon nick back looking thing.
I am very missed off those items was for my son's Christmas presents and he was so looking forward to them because he loves that murder drones.
If anyone can help me so I can get my 3 items. PLEASE PLEASSE I NEED HELP
